Welcome to the Dayton Municipal Clerk of Court’s Online Payment Site. You can now pay your Dayton Municipal Court fines and costs online with your Visa or MasterCard credit card.

AUTHORIZATION FOR ONLINE PLEA, WAIVER, AND PAYMENT

By selecting the Online Payment Option, You acknowledge that:

• You are the Defendant and that you are pleading “Guilty” to all charges against you as listed on the citation/ticket;
• Your plea is a complete admission of guilt, waiving your right to an appearance in
  court or to a trail;
• After your online plea and payment is processed, your case will be closed and the
  Court will forward this information to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, who will
  add the appropriate points to your license;
• If your citation or ticket indicated that you failed to show proof of insurance, your
  license will be suspended by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles unless you send
  proof of insurance for the date of the offense to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

To pay your case online, click the appropriate button above and use one of the available search methods to locate your case. If you can pay your case online, a “Pay Online” button will appear near the amount owed on the Case Summary page.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you verify that the case you are paying is the right one, so please be very careful when using this feature.

Once you click the Pay Online button, a summary screen will appear giving you another chance to verify that you have the correct case. Click the Pay button on that screen to enter your credit card information on our secure server.

If your payment is approved by the bank, a receipt will be the next page you see after submitting your payment. PRINT that page for your records. If you have a License Block at the BMV, you will need to take the receipt with you to get it lifted. The BMV charges $15 to remove the block.

If you have multiple cases, you will have to pay each one separately (exception: multiple parking tickets may be paid with a single transaction). Also, you must pay the entire amount owed on each case (no partial payments allowed). Back to top.
